At Daniel Gracie Lancaster, our lineage represents the highest standards of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu—rooted in tradition, discipline, and proven effectiveness. Our academy proudly traces its heritage through Carlos Gracie, Renzo Gracie, and Daniel Gracie, carrying forward the values and techniques that define authentic Gracie Jiu-Jitsu.
We are deeply honored to have been personally authorized by Daniel Gracie, a member of the legendary Gracie family, to open a Jiu-Jitsu school here in Lancaster. This direct connection ensures that our instruction remains true to Gracie principles and reflects the integrity, technical precision, and teaching philosophy passed down through generations.
Our foundation is further strengthened through Bruno Canto, owner and head instructor of BRCJJ in Sarasota, Florida, whose guidance emphasizes technical excellence, respect for the art, and long-term development. We are also privileged to learn from Rodrigo Fujita, an accomplished international athlete who shares his competition experience and advanced techniques while visiting the United States, bringing modern insight and high-level instruction to our students.
