KIDS
Jiu-Jitsu Gi & No-Gi
Our Kids Jiu-Jitsu classes at Daniel Gracie Lancaster focus on building confidence, discipline, respect, focus, perseverance, resilience, and self-awareness in a safe, fun, and family-oriented environment. Through structured training and positive guidance, children learn effective self-defense, teamwork, and valuable life skills.

ADULTS
Jiu-Jitsu Gi & No-Gi
Daniel Gracie Lancaster offers traditional training rooted in Gracie fundamentals. Focus on technique, control, and strategy in a welcoming, family-oriented environment where beginners and experienced students train together, build confidence, improve fitness, develop resilience, foster friendships, and grow as martial artists and individuals.

All Woman Jiu-Jitsu Gi
The Women’s Jiu-Jitsu class at Daniel Gracie Lancaster offers a supportive, empowering environment for women to learn self-defense, technique, and confidence. Held once a month—or on demand—classes welcome all levels, promoting fitness, camaraderie, and personal growth in a safe, family-oriented setting.

All Ages
Kickboxing
The Kickboxing program at Daniel Gracie Lancaster builds striking skills, fitness, and endurance through dynamic training that includes punches, kicks, footwork, and conditioning drills. Open to all levels, and free for active members of any program at our academy, making cross-training easy and accessible.
