RETURN & REFUND POLICY
All training fees, membership fees, and program payments are non-refundable. Once a payment has been successfully charged to your credit card, no refunds will be issued for any reason, including missed classes, schedule changes, or early cancellation.
Membership Cancellation
Memberships may be canceled at any time; however, all cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to:

To ensure proper processing of your request, the following terms apply:

A final payment equal to one full month of membership will be charged upon receipt of your cancellation email.

After the final payment is processed, you will continue to have 30 days of full access to the facility and classes.

It is the member’s responsibility to provide written notice of cancellation.

Verbal requests, phone calls, and text messages will not be considered valid forms of cancellation.

Memberships remain active and billable until a written cancellation request is received.

No partial refunds, prorated refunds, or credits will be issued.

Special promotions, trial packages, and discounted plans are also non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.
