At Daniel Gracie Lancaster, we want to ensure you are fully satisfied with your performance gear. If your tech tee doesn't meet your expectations or doesn't fit quite right, we are here to help.

30-Day Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of purchase (or delivery for online orders) to return or exchange your items.

Condition for Returns

To be eligible for a full refund or exchange, items must be:

• Unworn and unwashed: Due to the nature of athletic wear, we cannot accept returns on gear that has been used in training.

• Original condition: Free from stains, odors (including smoke or cologne), or pet hair.

• Tags attached: All original packaging and tags should be intact.

  
  

Exchanges

Need a different size? We offer free exchanges for the same item in a different size, subject to stock availability. Please contact us or visit the academy front desk to initiate an exchange.

How to Process Your Return

1. In-Person: Bring your item and proof of purchase to the academy during normal business hours for an immediate exchange or refund.

2. Online Orders: Please email us with your order number. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

   
   

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund to the original payment method. Please allow 5-7 business days for the credit to appear on your statement.

To ensure your Daniel Gracie Lancaster Performance Tech Tee maintains its moisture-wicking properties and the graphics stay sharp for years of training, we recommend following these care guidelines:

Washing Guide

• Wash Cold: Always use cold water (maximum 30°C) on a gentle cycle. High heat can break down the technical fibers and damage the elasticity.

• Turn Inside Out: Flip the shirt inside out before washing to protect the screen-printed logos from friction with other garments.

• Mild Detergent Only: Use a standard mild detergent. Avoid bleach or harsh chemicals that can degrade the "Sport-Tech" finish.

  
  

Drying & Ironing

• Air Dry Preferred: For maximum longevity, hang the shirt to dry. The tech fabric is designed to dry quickly on its own.

• Tumble Dry Low: If you must use a dryer, use the lowest heat setting. Remove promptly to avoid wrinkling.

• Do Not Iron: Never iron directly over the academy logos. If necessary, use a cool iron on the reverse side only.

  
  

Important Tips

• No Fabric Softeners: Fabric softeners can "clog" the pores of tech fabrics, stripping away their ability to wick sweat and breathe.

• Separate Colors: Wash with like colors and avoid washing with heavy items like Gi jackets or velcro-heavy gear (like MMA gloves) that could snag the lightweight material.
